This class will review multiple basic math concepts, including terminology, prime numbers, the order of operations, solving for single and multiple variables, fractions, decimals, and percents.
Class 3: Verbal -- Introduction to Critical Reasoning and Reading ComprehensionThis class will introduce critical reasoning by teaching you to identify and break down arguments. The second half of the class will introduce reading comprehension strategy and 'Overview' questions.
Class 4: Quantitative -- Prime Factorization, Properties of Numbers, and Problem Solving StrategiesThis class will teach prime factorization and its many applications on the GMAT. It will also focus on the properties of numbers and these principles can be utilized to answer GMAT questions more quickly. This class will also cover problem solving strategies that will help you solve certain questions more quickly.
Class 5: Verbal -- Sentence Correction and Reading ComprehensionThis class will introduce the sentence correction grammar rules of agreement and modifiers. The second half of this class will cover reading comprehension 'Fetch&Find' questions.
Class 6: Quantitative -- Ratios, Proportions, and Manipulating EquationsThis class will teach the math behind ratios, proportions, and dimensional analysis. The class will also cover how to manipulate equations in order to answer both problem solving and data sufficiency questions.
Class 7: Verbal -- Critical Reasoning and Reading ComprehensionThis class will discuss causality, beginning with a focus on how it appears in critical reasoning questions. The final portion of class will cover causality in reading comprehension.
Class 8: Quantitative -- Statistics, Averages, Rates, and GroupsThis class will cover the statistical concepts of mean, median, mode, range, variance, and standard deviation. The class will also cover GMAT questions dealing with averages, rates and groups.
Class 9: Verbal -- Critical Reasoning and Sentence Correction
This class will cover 'Problem/Solution' arguments found in critical reasoning questions, as well as 'assumption' questions. The second half of the class will focus on the sentence correction grammar rules of verb tense and subjunctive mood.
Class 10: Quantitative -- GeometryThis class will cover be an extensive cover of geometry concepts, including circles, triangles, polygons, coordinate geometry, and 3-dimensional geometry.
Workshop: Pacing; Quantitative -- Exponents, Roots, and QuadraticsThe workshop will include your second practice exam, as well as cover all the basic rules of exponents, roots, and quadratics and how they apply to the GMAT.
Class 11: Verbal -- Analytical Writing Assessment and Sentence CorrectionThis class will cover both essays in the analytical writing assessment. The second half of class will focus on the sentence correction concepts of parallel construction, comparisons, and idioms.
Class 12: Quantitative -- Advanced Math ConceptsThis class will cover factorials, permutations, combinations, probability, summation, interest, and patterns.
Class 13: Review and StrategyThis class will begin the review process by reviewing the second practice exam and discussion pacing and strategies for the various questions.
Class 14: GMAT Wrap-UpA lively review of all the major strategies and concepts covered by the course in preparation for the GMAT.
